Hi so the dumbells are still in very good condition with no damage anywhere along with no rust or water damage on the metal bars for them. They are adjustable and you can swap out the weight however you’d like to with your choice as you work with them. The dumbells don’t loosen up as long as you tighten the locks which also have another twisting screw on top of them as insurance for it to not loosen up mid-set. The plates in total are 60lb and it’s basically split into 30lb per dumbell if u use two in a set or 60lb in all if you only use one in your sets. Keep in mind that since it’s adjustable you can choose how much weight you’d like to use with the dumbell and build up with it as you get stronger. Hope you enjoy the product!
