See photos for measurements. Exterior fabric is polyester. Inside layer is nylon. Layered skirt with ruffles in between. Some of the ruffles have pulled away from the main dress. See photos. Once on, it adds to the spookiness of the dress. Dress was worn twice for Halloween parties. Length is 59” from shoulder to hemline. Very comfortable to wear.
