Grade A+: This device has very little to no signs of previous usage. The screen has negligible scratching and is nearly flawless. The casing will not have any dents and insignificant scuffing. Grade A: This device shows minimal signs of previous usage. The screen may have very light scuffs and the casing may have two or three blemishes. Grade B+: This device will show signs of previous usage. Minor scratches and dents are visible but the device is still 100% fully functional. This is our best value device. Grade B-: This device shows significant signs of previous usage. There will be noticeable scratches, dings and scuffs. However, there are no cracks on the screen and there is no casing separation or bending. Screen Shadow: The screen shows a faint to moderate shadow. The image does not affect functionality of the device. You will see the shadow image on a white background, but not on colored backgrounds. Pixel Spots: There are missing pixels that do not display colors on the screen. Minor spots are tiny (less than 1/8 of an inch) and typically occur in the extreme corners of the screen. There will be no more than 2 of these "minor" spots on a device and 99% of the screen is perfect. Moderate spots are a bit larger (between 1/8 and 3/8 inches). These spots are more noticeable during operation. However, they cover no more than 3% of the screen and the phone functions perfectly.
