Promotional items and inserts are left in place, I make no guarantees digital codes, promotions, or coupons will work. They are included as they were part of the original purchase. Items are packaged well with reused/recycled packaging in a mailer designed for CDs/DVDs. CDs/DVDs are shipped USPS Media Mail from the Baltimore, MD area next business day.
