Our pictures represent the Sire and Dame as well as males and females of different ages to show how they may mature over time. Pinta Endler males mature to 1.5 inches. Although their color is tricky to capture in photos, they are absolutely dazzling in person. They develop incredibly dark black backs with very pronounced red spots along their stomach and an iridescent green near the tail. Their Dorsal fin is generally bright yellow contrasted with black spots. Females appear pale to near transparent in some lighting. Females mature to 2 inches. These fish have a peaceful temperament and are rarely aggressive toward their young. Pinta Endlers are a beautiful community fish that are perfect for your aquascape! Your fish are breed, born and raised with extreme care by Good life Aquatics. They live in pure PNW well water with a PH of 7.4, TDS 250. Their diet consists of highest quality fish foods from Ark BioRite. All young are birthed into their own aquarium and raised there for two months or until sexing. We do not use breeder cages or continuously use nets to move our fish to other tanks. All of our tanks have sand bottoms, matten filters, and are home to live plants.
