It was made in 2011.This model is a reproduction of the Jaguar used by Kurt Cobain, the man who suddenly appeared in the early 90s as the frontman of "NIRVANA" and changed the world of rock with grunge, but then suddenly disappeared.The model we have in stock this time is a relic specification that reproduces the scratches and wear of the Jaguar used by the man himself. It is basically a modified 1965 Jaguar. The pickups are a DiMarzio DP100 Super Distortion in the rear and a DiMarzio PAF DP-103 in the front, a toggle switch is mounted where the pickup switch would normally be, and the bridge, a familiar modification in alternative and grunge, has been changed to a tune-O type. It is the same black chrome color as the man himself. The pegs have also been changed to Gotoh Rotomatic types (even reproducing the screw holes of the original pegs), and there are two volume and one tone controls, and other than the body material and neck, there is no trace of a Jaguar. Many people probably think that Kurt modified this Jaguar to suit his own playing style after he got it, and while this is common sense for Nirvana fans, Kurt acquired the guitar with this modification already in place. But who would have made such a modification to a '65 Jaguar...?
