Date codes for new old stock parts are more than 10 years ago. "used" parts could have very little if any life left in them. Counterfeit parts are out there. To measure the voltage of the old part, it would have to be removed unless you knew exactly where to measure on the target system. And when you remove the part, the battery backed up memory contents are lost. This part is easy to measure the voltage without removing it. 1st picture shows typical installation. 2nd picture shows parts that ship with this auction sale. No screw is included. A plastic spacer is included to be used with your screw hardware. The original part also came with a 16 pin dip socket. This socket is not included as this socket should already be installed on your target system.
