Description: Car RPPC c 1910 antique auto w 10 people + baby, PMC postcard, unmailed My goodness these folks had fun having their picture made! I do not know whether the car is a prop of the photographers, or perhaps this family was so excited to have one that they wanted it in the family photo. There are 9 adults, a little boy and a toddler girl enjoying their fake Sunday drive, complete with faux outdoor backdrop. Every one of them is sporting an excellent hat! The photo is on the left side of the front, almost in a square format, and the right side is unmarked. Yellowing to image. Fading to image. Some edge wear. Small crease in top right corner. My mother was a photographer who collected antique photos of all types for years. As I am settling her estate, I will be listing these photos as quickly as I am able. There are hundreds of photos to go through, and I am trying to match any information my mother may have left with individual photos. Unfortunately, Mom had dementia at the end of her life and wasn't able to tell me much about her collection. She had done a lot of research into photographers and individual pieces in her collection, and often, but not always, filed her research with the photo(s). I search for more information on the internet and in history books, but it's a slow process and it will take me a long time to complete the sorting and selling process.
