Description: ANTIQUE LURE MUSKIE FISHING VERY VERY RARE WALTER S EWERT 1919pat.Axle/Padd Whls. Yellow- Black Spotted Stripe, MUSKIE BAIT, small bead eyes, 10” total length, 5 1/2” body, One Treble Hook Mount body, One hidden in hair feathers, No box, minor rust on hardware , heavy wire spine. This lure was produced by the Gopher Bait Co. late 1940’s after Walter S Ewert’s Patent expired. A variation was shown in yellow FUR FINISH at the January 1998 NFLCC Show in Milwaukee. This is the only one known to exist with brown hair and red feathers. Will only go up in price because of its RARITY and unique engineering.
