Description: This classic Hendryx birdcage is a beautiful piece of American Victoriana and is in great shape. There two pieces of wire on the top level that have snapped but the wires are still there and does not distract from the beauty of the whole. There are no missing parts, the swing and door are functional. The tray is fixed with four sliding flat bolts which work well. The metal has the most wear, the bottom (inside) of the cage is tarnished and rubbed, but look at the bottom outside - it's bright and shiny. The cage can sit on a flat surface or hang by its top ring. It measures 14 X 13 X 12 inches. Cut and paste this link for a 1910 catalog from Hendryx.
