Especially in the area between my eyebrows. I've determined to wage war on that scowl line. It's become deeply embedded into my face; it appears that even the muscle underneath is forming the wrinkle. I don't have much money. So there isn't any chance of visiting a plastic surgeon. But, I do have a library card and Amazon. I've been doing some research on what's best for anti-aging. Vitamin C is best for wrinkles as long as it's in a serum form. Which this product has. Hyaluronic Acid is used by dermatologists as a peel and a filler and I believe Vit E and Collagen are just icing on the cake. BTW the #1 thing all the books kept coming back to is: Wear your sunscreen! Especially a broad spectrum sunscreen- UVA/UVB. Best thing to prevent wrinkles. I'm pasty white so that goes without saying... I've been using Advanced Anti-aging serum for about a month now. I wanted to give an honest review. I've noticed some real changes in my face. The scowl line is pretty well faded. When I add make-up it's nearly non-existent. In fact after a few weeks I had a hard time even finding where the line started and ended. When I started using the serum I would just put it at the top of the wrinkle and let it run down to the bottom. I can't do that now because there's not much of a line to follow any more. I do use other products with this one. I also put on alpha-hydroxy and retinol creams at the same time. But haven't noticed the same results with those creams as I did with this serum. On the bottle it states that the serum takes 30 seconds to penetrate and leaves no 'oily' residue. I wouldn't say that it leaves an oily feeling. More like a stiffening feeling. Like an egg dried on your face. That's were the tightening feeling on the skin comes from. When I first started using the serum, I figured if the serum itself didn't work, at least I would be training myself not to scowl (it was so tight I really couldn't). For a external skin product I'm very impressed with the results. I hope JJ Labs continues to sell this product. I know I'm going to be buying more.
