I love this flower essence so much, I grew these flowers organically with so much love and reverence. Almost everything I sell I personally use and in particular I thoroughly enjoy using flower essences that haven’t been documented yet, on myself. I was having some major issues with a person being outrageous and I was mad! Just looping like we all do, in my head about it. What I do when I’m having an issue is stop and meditate on what medicine in my repertoire I need for that issue, and I’m never wrong! I started using Belladonna and was blown away at the INSTANT relief of my negative downward spiral of emotions and the eventual “I’m totally blowing this out of proportion, geez what a spaz” end result. Not only did it stop my looping dead (haha no pun intended) but it helped get me back in my body (embodied) and feel really present, focused, in the moment, creative and contented in my daily tasks, with severe ADHD and being an AuDHD it is a magnificent medicine indeed! I highly recommend it! Flower essences can be used every time you feel you need it, I recommend 5-7 drops or sprays 4-7 times a day totally depending on your need aka “Level of rage” haha. Flower essences do not alter your mind or physiology in any way. They work solely on the vibrational level, getting to the energetic emotional root of the problem instead of just masking a symptom. This heals it at its source. The amount of time it takes to heal the issue (usually a trauma, ingrained belief or brainwashing) varies, it is a gentle medicine and must be used daily at least 2 times but preferably 5 a day at first then you will see you don’t need it as much. It may take a week up to 2 months or more for your emotional balance to align and completely heal, but you will notice results immediately if this medicine is right for your issue. Everyone’s needs are different, it is not an exact science so all of this information varies from person to person and from issue, to issue. ——————————————————————— What is a Flower Essence? A flower essence is a remarkably powerful essence that works solely on your bodies energies, in particular, traumas stuck in the body and mind. I’m going to stop right here and say I am a skeptical mystic, and if I didn’t believe in trying something before judging it because I do believe anything is possible, I probably would have doubted this too. They DO WORK! After trying my first one with success years ago ( scarlet monkey flower for being honest about your feelings & easily speaking your mind without fear ) I was deeply enamored with all things flower essence! It’s the easiest medicine to make, as all you need is water and a flower! To preserve it beyond a few weeks you need to add brandy, which is what I use in all of mine here. You can float the flower head in the water, you can dip it in while still attached to the plant, or you can put it up against the flower, touching the glass of water, and do any of these for about an hour. I recommend honoring the plant in someway that you see fit. You can also add crystals, or make singular crystal essences, and you can even make essences out of mushrooms as well! If you know anything about astrology, I highly recommend making any medicine, especially flower essences on powerful astrological days/nights that coincide with what you are trying to heal. You cannot take too much, become addicted to, overdose or otherwise be harmed by flower essences, isn’t that amazing? As a matter of fact I recommend taking it every 2-3 hours 5-7 sprays or drops at a time if you’re struggling. You could take it every half hour if you needed it though! You can add as much water as you want to one of the essences you buy, and have an endless supply, it doesn’t dilute its energy, just be sure to preserve it properly. If you do that for years the energy will wane eventually. Every flower affects an emotional energy, it can be tricky figuring out which is for you, but I personally love trying undocumented flowers! I have essences you won’t find anywhere else! I only share essences I’ve had personal mind blowing success with. If you are interested in learning more there are many books on flower essences, Bachs Flower Remedy’s have been around for almost 100 years. I highly recommend the Flower Essence Society and their repertory as well. Most easily though, just go out and talk to some flowers, who can you feel in your heart? What is your favorite flower? Maybe an essence of it would be good! If you’re just minding your own business one day, and a flower makes you turn your head and you feel drawn to it, enamored even, I would make a flower essence out of it! Don’t be afraid to get out there and create your own medicines. It’s one of the most gratifying things in the world to help yourself heal!
