Description: Item Description: 1999-00 Topps Stanley Cup Heroes (Complete your set) Pick-A-Card. Original owner of cards from my personal collection from when it was first issued. Item Condition: eBay has recently mandated that all ungraded used cards must include a card condition. This makes it nearly impossible for sellers who list their cards in a variation auction to give buyers an accurate description of the card condition. Sellers use variation auctions (like this one) to list up to 250 cards that ultimately will have various card conditions. I selected Near mint or better: Comparable to a fresh pack from eBay's designated card condition choices. The majority of these cards are equivalent to PSA 7 and PSA 8 quality with a couple PSA 6 equivalent cards. Most cards are well centered with sharp corners, solid edges and exceptional color retention. I scrutinize each card with a magnifying glass. After that, every card is individually photographed with a high resolution digital camera attached to a tripod to capture a sharp, clear, detailed image. Each card is then visually inspected on a computer screen at 100% magnification. What you see is what you will actually receive. No surprises! Most buyers provide you with out of focus blurry images that leave guessing as to what is the actual condition of the card. I do my best to indicate any imperfections/defects that may not be visible so a buyer is not surprised after receiving their card. Other sellers may leave you guessing.
